DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. What downloadxAI does (and doesn't do)

downloadxAI is a link-resolution tool. We do not host, store, cache, or distribute any video content. Files are fetched directly from the source platform's servers to the user's device. Nothing passes through or remains on our infrastructure.

2. Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content accessible via our service infringes your rights, email support@videodownloaderai.com with:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email, address).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the material on the source platform, and the downloadxAI page where the link was used.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices and act — including blocklisting URLs from resolution — within 48 hours.

3. Counter-notifications

If you believe a URL was blocked in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@videodownloaderai.com including your contact details, the blocked URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the block resulted from mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat abuse

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block IP addresses that use downloadxAI for systematic copyright-infringing bulk downloads.

5. No affiliation

downloadxAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Erome or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
